The pandemic has resulted in job losses in the informal sector and created challenges for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). That didn't stop Sean Rennie from opening a pizza shop in Point Fortin, or Eva Mitchell from opening two bank accounts for her business. They made these strides with the help of ILO Caribbean's Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) programme.
