The Office of the UN Resident Coordinator is seeking to recruit a consultant to support the UN Multi-Country Analysis for the Caribbean. A high-quality and evidence-based Multi-Country Analysis report examines progress, gaps, opportunities and bottlenecks vis-à-vis the Caribbean region's commitment for the achievement of the 2030 Agenda for 22 countries and territories under the UN Multi-Country Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework. The MCA will provide the foundation for the design of the new UN Cooperation Framework for the Caribbean 2027-2031, inform annual planning and decision-making processes of Governments and other stakeholders as well as in the development of the Country Implementation Plans. The MCA will also provide an analytical lens for priority themes expressed in the Antigua and Barbuda Agenda for SIDS (ABAS).
